The programs at Acute Healthcare Institute are designed to provide students with the necessary skills to be the vital part of any dynamic healthcare team.
We currently offer Phlebotomy Technician, Nursing Assistant, and Medical Assistant programs.
The requirements for all programs are:
1. Proof individual is at least 18 years old
2. High School Diploma or GED
3. The payment of registration fee and arrangements to pay tuition.
4. Signed admissions application and signed enrollment agreement.
5. Federal or state issued photo ID
6. Proof of COVID vaccination
7. All applicants must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
8. Uniforms (purchased through local vendors)
The following are required dependent upon the program or clinical site:
1. Background check
2. Drug screen
3. Physical (physical form will be provided)
4. Proof of immunization: Hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, Tdap, TB skin test and influenza (during flu season)
5. Proof of health insurance
6. Student Liability insurance
