The programs at Acute Healthcare Institute are designed to provide students with the necessary skills to be the vital part of any dynamic healthcare team.
We currently offer Phlebotomy Technician, Nursing Assistant, and Medical Assistant programs.
The admission requirements for all programs are:
1. Proof individual is at least 18 years old
2. Federal or state issued photo identification
3. Clear background check
4. Drug screen
5. High School Diploma or GED
6. The payment of registration fee and arrangements to pay tuition.
7. Signed admissions application and signed enrollment agreement.
8. All applicants must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
9. Uniforms (purchased by student)
The following are required dependent upon the program or clinical site:
1. Physical – see physical form
2. Proof of immunization: TB skin test and influenza (during flu season)
3. Proof of health insurance
3. Proof of COVID vaccination
